Web forms can be used to gather all sorts of information from a website, whether it be simple quotation requests or complex bookings and feedback. Web forms are easier to submit and more precise than long-winded e-mails, as you define the questions and how the answers need to be provided.

The system can be configured to automatically e-mail out a response to the person who submited the request as well as sending the details to you. Where the data submited is more complex, you can download it to your own PC for further manupulation in Excel, Word etc.
